How an order runs, from first email to the pallet leaving Bethlehem.
Placing an order
Send your order through the site or by email, quoting item numbers from any catalog. We confirm stock and pack sizes, then email an invoice including freight to your address.
Payment
Nothing is charged online. Reply to the invoice to confirm and pay; production and packing start the same week.
Freight
Prices are Ex Works Bethlehem and exclude VAT and freight. We quote freight separately once the order is confirmed, and can ship worldwide.
