We have never cut down an olive tree.
Indigenous olive trees grow for centuries and feed the families around them, so they stay standing. Every piece we carve comes from pruned branches — the ethical answer, and the reason the grain is so dense.
Bethlehem has carved this wood for two hundred years. Our workshop joined that line in 1971 and has exhibited at the international trade fairs for thirty-one consecutive years.
